By signing up for or using Logos Ledger's AI receptionist service, the business owner ("You") agrees to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the Service.
Logos Ledger provides an automated virtual receptionist that answers calls on behalf of the business when calls cannot be answered live. The Service collects caller information including name, issue description, service address, phone number, and preferred appointment time, and sends a text message summary of that information to the business owner after each handled call.
Message frequency is limited to one summary text per handled call. No promotional or marketing messages are sent through this Service. Message and data rates may apply. By using the Service, the business owner consents to receive these transactional text notifications. You may reply STOP at any time to opt out of text notifications, or contact Logos Ledger directly to cancel the Service.
Logos Ledger is not liable for missed, delayed, or inaccurate information relayed through the automated system. The business owner remains responsible for verifying appointment details directly with the customer.
These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
